RTS Communications has been the public sector’s first choice for transcription services since 1996, in that time transcribing everything from the Prime Minister’s speeches and press conferences to interviews and ad-hoc meetings.

We have been able to achieve such prominence due to the skill and commitment of our audio engineers and transcribers, who are available around the clock to record events and produce transcripts.

RTS Communications offers two types of transcripts to meet every client’s needs.  One is a full verbatim transcript, which is an exact and unabridged record of your meeting, and as such is suitable for all legal meetings.

The other is a tidied-up transcript, in which stumbles are omitted and obvious mistakes are corrected, and so is more suitable for corporate and media events.

Both types of transcript are always absolutely accurate. Our transcribers are knowledgeable and experienced enough to capture every acronym, term and name without error.

RTS Communications specialises in rapid and urgent transcription, and can turn around 60-90 minutes of audio in just a few hours.

Our engineers are always available at short notice to attend and record a meeting, or you can send your recording to us either by email or through our simple and secure interface.

We can work from any audio source, from MP3 to minidisc, and we are always available to discuss any technical issues with you.

RTS Communications is also able to provide a translation and transcription service, as we can take an audio recording in any language and transcribe it into any other language.
